When Founder and Principal Kim Pugh started YurPath, she had a vision – to help companies achieve greater success by developing processes, tools, and services that better address customer needs. With this goal in mind, YurPath is acutely aware of the importance of understanding the customer’s underlying needs in order to develop the most relevant products and processes resulting in greater customer satisfaction.
The YurPath team has members with more than 25 years’ experience in financial services and the B2B space. The team has a background ranging from customer experience and product design to business development and process consulting. It has been the team’s keen understanding of strategy, analytical problem solving, and business transformation as well as strengths in process development and gathering/incorporating customer feedback that has made them effective. Team members have held roles and led cross-functional teams in gathering customer insights (e.g. ethnography, user testing, interviews, focus groups, etc.), customer care, product development, process development and improvement, operations management, training, e-Commerce, consultative sales, account management, program and project management, and merger integration.
